When you visit the website
This website does not include registration forms, audience analytics, advertising pixels or embedded social media content. Images and fonts are served from our hosting.
To deliver the page, the server processes technical connection data, such as your IP address and browser request. The website is hosted on a Hetzner VPS in Finland. The purpose is to serve the website and maintain its security, based on the legitimate interest in its operation. Technical data is limited to what is necessary for these purposes.
When you write to us
If you send an email, we receive your address, the name provided by your email service and the content you choose to share. We use this data to reply and, if you request a project, to handle steps before a possible contract.
The legal basis is handling your request and, where applicable, taking pre-contractual measures. We do not use your inquiries to add you to advertising mailing lists.
Retention and service providers
We retain inquiries for as long as necessary to respond to them and follow up on the requested project. If a contractual relationship exists, the applicable statutory retention periods will also apply. We do not sell your data.
Technical hosting and email providers may process the data necessary to provide those services. We may also disclose information when legally required.
Your rights
You can request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, as well as restriction of processing, objection or portability where applicable, by writing to emilio@elashera.com. If processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.
You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
